A1 Airport Transfer, with VAT ID: DE278384369, offers transportation services to its customers through its online platform (website).
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made by visitors (Customers) on this website.
By placing a booking with us, the Customer, on their behalf and on behalf of all members of their party, must explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Bookings and Payments:\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Customers can request transportation services online by completing the service booking request form.
Upon receipt of the booking request form and payment, we will send an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of payment.
Please note, this email does not confirm the booking but acknowledges the request.
A binding contract is established when we send a confirmation email for the booking.<\/p>

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service via email at a1airportransfer@gmail.com <\/span><\/a>or via WhatsApp at +491788934476<\/a>.
Payments can be made in advance through our designated payment gateway or in cash to the driver.
We offer multiple payment options including debit\/credit cards, Paypal, Bancontact, and online bank transfer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Prices:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT. Additional charges, such as child seats, meet & greet services, and extra waiting time, will be clearly stated separately. We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Cancellations and Refunds:\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • \u00a0Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund.<\/li>
  • \u00a0Cancellations made less than 24 hours but at least 12 hours before the pickup time qualify for a 50% refund. <\/li>
  • \u00a0Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    5. Our Responsibility for Your Booking:\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    We ensure transportation arrangements according to your booking preferences. In the event of vehicle unavailability at the time of booking, we will notify you at least 24 hours before your pickup time. If an advance payment has been made for the booking and cannot be fulfilled due to any reasonable circumstance, a full refund will be issued.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
